User Responsibilities

2. Prohibited System Activities

You explicitly agree not to engage in any network activities that interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the services, integrity, or hardware servers of ShephardLink Legal. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, the utilization of automated web crawlers or scraping utilities to systematically compile our proprietary legal templates, attempts to reverse-engineer our software infrastructure, transmitting malware or malicious code, or falsely impersonating any legal counsel or representative associated with our organization.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

By uploading, processing, or generating legal drafts within our platform, you grant ShephardLink Legal a limited, royalty-free, and highly secure license to store and transmit your files. This permission is granted strictly for the technical purpose of providing automated document formatting, contract analysis, and digital storage services. You retain full and exclusive ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over all customized text blocks, contract clauses, and documents submitted.
